From Colorado Springs I have logged 407.8375 P25 NAC 2EA daily.
It becomes active at about 8:00 AM and ends about 5:30 PM.
The signal is encrypted with Alg=AES Key ID FAO (4000) per the SDR Play DSD+ Event Log.
Some of the radio numbers are 108, 109, 171, 174, 2001, 2002, & 2008.
The signal is fairly strong, it could be somewhere in El Paso or Pueblo counties.
It does not seem to be strong enough to be transmitting from Cheyenne Mountain or Pikes Peak though.
Any ideas who the user is?
