i heard traffic on the freq doing unit checks in pennsville/carneys point, nj. at first i thought it was from philly but nothing came up on the fcc records, any ideas where it's at

It's a Federal frequency so won't show up in a FCC search. Did you happen to catch a PL or NAC and was it analog or P25 digital?
