Anyone have a clue as who this might be in Kentucky?
It was in the clear. I heard someone tell somebody to turn the power back on, with no reply.

As I hear more I will post it.

I think it's this:

452.25000 WPKM747 RM 342 NAC KU-Morehead Kentucky Utilities-Morehead P25 Utilities

It looks like an image.
I'm going by the NAC.

I might be interpreting this incorrectly:

Angelfire
Totse2

-- suggests that it is the US Postal Service. I am not sure about the NAC.

Hope this helps,

Certainly could be an image, altho most of my Scanners the Image DPL is not the same as the actual frequency.

My BC898T [Analog] has this issue with DPL's and 406-420 gets the 453-460 Images as well as 467 gets T-Band images.

NAC's are only a partial help in the identification of the Federal users

409.4500 [Only know of two reports] are/were USPS in Texas, but nothing reported elsewhere.

Ron, see what you get on a 2nd Scanner at the same time.
