409.475 - Richmond

Hearing encrypted/non-encrypted P25 (the only non-encrypted thing I got was "10-4") on 409.4750 MHz near uptown Richmond...not seeing anything in the Federal page or the Richmond Defense Supply Center trunked system page for this freq...

I did a google search for that and found a few things on it but nothing specific. Let us know what you find out.

After listening to that freq for 30-45 minutes, I heard nothing, so I dunno. I've put it in my scan sequence and I'll post if I hear anything else.
