????When I look them up in the rr database, nothing comes up..Now I am located in Baltimore city, but I hear them everywhere...I know what band this is but...could mabee the government radios be in the shop, is my best guess..because I know this traffic should be encrypted but they are not ????

So I still cant figure out who is using these channels...Not heavy traffic but, different channels different users I guess..
Try putting them in your scanner, and see what you can come up with....Give it a guess...Its not likely that nobody cant come up with something on this!!!!!!

If you know the exact freqs you are hearing, you can do a FCC search....

The FCC database isn't going to help identify government/military freqs.

Baltimore is just a stone's throw from Washington, DC. I tend to search in MD, DC, and VA when trying to ID a system in that area.
