411.8875 Near Ottawa

Found a voice frequency in use in the Ottawa area:

411.8875 Tone: 192.8

Sounds like security somewhere.

In Ontario, that is a common Detention Centre frequency but with a tone of 141.3 PL

In Quebec, the Hull Detention Facility uses 411.8875 but we have no tone listed in the database. It is possibly HDF?

This is a good suggestion.

It is weak where I am southeast of Ottawa near the new Amazon building. Can be difficult to make out what is being said.

Will try this when mobile. Comms are in English.

Could it be that the radio tones were changed from 141.3 to 192.8 but the frequency remained the same.
Ottawa Dentention Center on Innes Road and Anderson road which is not far from the Amazon facility. Just a guess.
