@w4rtt what kind of scanner do you have? maybe it has a disciminator tap and you can hook up to the line in jack on the computer and run dsd, which will tell you the nac

I have DSD+ running on it now. Let's see what pops up.

This is not the 412.8375 in question, but the Cincinnati VA Hospital Security. Why would it show so many different NAC's in one short transmission?

weak signal and NAC falsing ??

Some scanners have also been known to overload from adjacent signal nacs

I'm going with the $293 as they seem to be a common VA NAC

This is not the 412.8375 in question, but the Cincinnati VA Hospital Security. Why would it show so many different NAC's in one short transmission?
