I am hearing some type of security or military police on 413.4125 apco25 in central jersey area can anyone help ID who this is ?

I believe (although I could be wrong) that section of the spectrum is for military use only. I think it goes from 380-420. Maybe someone can correct me?

Yeah, the military and government use that range.

He means which county and city, everyone knows what Central New Jersey is.

I looked around a couple of other sites and could find nothing for that freq. Some stuff close like support for an airshow and postal inspectors, but nothing exact. Might be a federal court security (US Marshal) or Post Office. With the government band, there is no telling.

Depends all who you talk to. Some people think Little Egg is Central NJ. I know people from North Jersey, the other side of the Ben(ny)franklin Bridge who consider Ocean County ie. Toms River, South Jersey.
