I am looking for help identifying the possible user of 416.4375 in the Fredericksburg area. It's definitely a digital transmission. Sounds like it may be a control channel for a trunk system.

416.4375 is an NTIA freq.... Fed or military.

That frequency in theory would be an input based on the NTIA bandplan.

It may be a link frequency for one of the Shenandoah National Park VHF sites.

416 would an input or simplex, but not a Control Channel, per the NTIA Band plans
Which Radio? - could have been a image, or if not the input to 407.4375
