42.42 KY-Warren/Edmonson-police-but who where 2find the info

42.42- I am in Warren/Edmonson County, KY:found this while searching police freq. It does not appear to be listed anywhere so far, can any1 tell me why & what police freq it is. It is def. police I have a pro-96. AWESOME 8) thanks for any help provided.

Listen to it realll close, its most likely skip from California Highway Patrol.

I used to listen to them from Charleston, SC, and from Asheville, NC.

Wow that was quick-I spend a lot of time on this site with a lot of questions, but never posted. Could I really be picking up this clear from that far away?(closer than nc & sc-duh) That would explain no info in KY for 42.42. thx again!
