Definitely heard the word "coast guard"

English with a carribean accent !!

Good find, keep in mind, whoever it is, wherever they are, they could be civilian Coast Guard auxiliary in that frequency range. Good luck!

Must be not be in United States.

Thats not a valid assignment with that being 20 kHz spacing. Like 42.74 and 42.76. The Military uses any spacing, but most likely another country's coast guard.

I don't think you will find any USCG AUX on that freq within the US.
Yep, wasn't thinking about United States Coast Guard auxiliary.;)

I personally don't think it's coming from anywhere in the United States. Probably some military frequency of another country. Maybe their Coast Guard... Shrugs.

USCG Auxiliary doesn't use low band.
:D, once again, I will repeat, I am not referring to United States Coast Guard auxiliary using this frequency. Don't know how else to write it.:ROFLMAO:
