Nac 4F1h is the Niagara County P25 trunked system. It is the the RRDB. 428.9625 is the input to 423.9625 which is listed.

As I have commented to you before, you need to be aware of band plans to understand what you are hearing. FCC licensed US sytems in the 420-470 Mhz range are all 5MHz spaced, high-in, low out.

Another hint to help ID what you hear - I see you do use the RRDB Search function to find the call signs for the frequency.
The next step is to click on the call sign and look at the RRDB page with details of the info from the FCC License data. This will show all the licensed frequencies and the class of station (base or mobile) and the authorized emission types. It also plots the locations and lists the specific site addresses. This will usually be enough to confirm the ID or provide clues to check associated frequencies.

For still more details, there is a link "FCC ULS LISTING FOR THIS CALL SIGN" below the frequency list. This will allow you to see all the FCC license info that may include a description of the use (the eligibility statement on the MAIN tab) and the LOCATIONS tab may provide additional info on the sites.

Thank you so much for the information I have been struggling with doing searches on the FCC web site and I really have to learn how to do searches properly so I get all the information from the searches, I will start teaching myself with the information you provided me also I just turned on the repeater find on my scanners and in the Sentinel software, thanks again for the help.

I just tried what you suggested me to do and I see what you mean, there is so much more information. I should have asked someone a long time ago how to do searches the proper way it would have been a lot easier for me.
