Hearing what I think is a Israeli Morse Code station transmitting CW on 4331 USB. Its the same string of code being sent over and over. All I can make out is vvv. My code is not very good. After doing some research I think the code is vvv de 4XZ 4XZ which is listed as possibly IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) Navy in Haifa.
