436 Display Backlight Bug?

I think I might have found a bug with the backlight settings? When I set my backlight to open squelch only not every transmission is keeping the backlight on. this is only on simulcast systems and it is about every 5 times it will skip and not light up?? It is also doing this for the per channel led alert?
