436 not being recognized in sentinel suddenly

Suddenly my 436 isn't being recognized in sentinel. Worked fine since I bought it. Scanner not showing up when I go up write to or read from scanner. Running a mac with boot camp running windows 7. Always worked before. Latest firmware installed. Any ideas?

Try rebooting then go look to see if your ports opened up in boot camp then under windows check your ports in the device manager, make sure you are pointed to the correct com

Sounds almost like the problem I have with a Mac running Parallels. Something tells me these radios need to be run on a true Windows machine
