BCD436HP/BCD536HP: 436 Uniden scanner ERROR

Yeah, it adds some work. I usually do updates every couple of months and between 6 536's, 2 SDS's, a 436 and spares for each it is kind of a process. I have it down pat, since all the radios use the same software and Favorites Lists it is a lot easier. I use the same type and size card for each radio so it really doesn't matter what card goes into what radio except for the SDS's due to the display settings.

My NUC has an SD Card slot right on the front so I can easily swap the cards. For the 2 536's in the car I just go out and snag the cards and the spares and bring them inside to update them.

Yes at first I was updating all my cards after I did a update. Then it got a little much cause I have 3 backup’s. 2 SD cards and x36 files on a USB drive. Now I update every 1-2 months.
Bricked my hd on my pc once awhile ago, didn’t have a backup. Once bitten, twice shy. Or never again.
