Does anyone know how to get the 436HP to receive HPD, HFD and EMS in Honolulu? I have tried everything I can think of. Still I never hear any of these departments.

Judging from what I'm seeing in the RR DB, unless you set up a dedicated scanner tied to a computer for decoding purposes, you're not going to be able to monitor EMS or Honolulu PD. They are using EDACS Provoice. Even if you set your radio for monitoring their system, you won't be able to follow the conversations since the trunking function does not work with this method.
