436hp software issue

Hi all, I'm having a problem using the arc536pro software to download to my 436hp. I have used this successfully in the past but for some reason today it doesn't work. I have all the favorites previously saved on my laptop. When I go to download them to the scanner,it says that it received them. But when I go to scan using the favorites list, it says nothing to scan. I have enabled the lists and anything else that needs to be enabled. What might be the issue? Thanks.

I can check. The weird thing is the scanner will scan the first agency I put in. If I put in a second agency and give it a favorites #, when I select it, it comes up nothing to scan...I have formatted the card and started from scratch and it still wont scan the other agencies...

Sounds like something I've encountered in the past where the Profile or something else in the programming files got corrupted. The radio kept telling me things I had in my quick keys didn't exist.

I think I ended up starting from scratch and then it worked properly. I may have exported and the n reimported the programming after starting fresh.

It worked ok this morning. All I did was try and delete law enforcement from one of the agencies since they are encrypted now. As soon as I did that, the thing stopped working.

The sentinel info worked. I had the monitor box for the second agency turned off. Thanks for the assist!!!

another "nothing to scan" issue

Hey all, I have an issue with this displaying on my 436hp again. It worked fine for a while but when I decided to add another agency to monitor, I get that same reply. I followed everything in this link::http://forums.radioreference.com/un...4-x36-nothing-scan-checklist.html#post2121181

and it worked a month or 2 ago but now it wont. Any new ideas? Thanks.
