A little help please, we have a newer BCD436hp with the SD card in it. Several personnel have access to the scanner so buttons get pushed on it. So whos knows whats been happening to it.
So I put in our zip code and then it starts to scan area EMS channels then it starts to scan 9 custom banks. I don't remember having the nine custom banks of channels in the past.
If they should not be there how do I get the scanner to not scan the custom banks with our zip code and and just scan the emergency channels that it should be scanning for? Thanks for any help!
