44.180 FM Sounds Like Cordless Phone?

Getting all of an obvious phone conversation on 44.180FM. Steady signal. Thought might be an image or something of a cordless phone from 46 or 49mhz but checked those freqs and did not hear this conversation. Also a solid unmodulated FM carrier at 44.300 at same time.

Anyone know what service or type of cordless phone might be using this frequency? TNX

Thanks Mick, I was aware of the 10 channels starting with ch 16 on this list but not the others. Those most be really old phones. Appreciate it bud.

You forgot something Mick, Lo Band abounds with unexplained dead carriers. Some may be receiver birdies while others are actually on the air 24/7. Then there was that crazy "tick-tock" on 50.0MHz with sidebands scattered around the lower portion of 6M. This was heard all up and down the East Coast for months last year.
