Ya, I was scanning for signals in the 70cm amateur radio band and found what looks like a GFSK continuous transmission on 440mhz. I video recorded it and uploaded to my YouTube channel. I don't think I have anything that decodes it. I did a search and saw one image that looked similar but it didn't have what looks like a sub-audible tone on both sides of the data.
I live next to the the midtown area of Oklahoma City.
