Does Warren County still use this frequency?

This frequency is also licensed to Madison Borough DPW in Morris County. I did hear it low and static, but couldn't hear who it was. That's why I'm asking for help. Thanks.

The county phased out all the low band fire frequencies, however many departments still have low band radios and may use them on occasion for unofficial use.
