Last week I heard what sounded like Prisioner transports from Mississauga, They where on 451.5125mhz using a PL of 156.7. I haven't gotten a chance to listen since. Thought someone might be able to Identify the user, I couldn't listen long as i was at work...

I checked the TAFL and there is nobody licensed for that frequency in Ontario. When approximately did you hear this?

I monitored it last week from the square one area. not listed in TAFL but sounded like "Special" constables doing prisoner transports. Last heard during business hours last week in mississauga.
