Similar info here... I just have it listed as unknown... I didn't readily find a FCC license associated with that frequency in the area. Ill dig some more and see what I can find

Looking at FCC archives, there were several application filed in 2001-2002 by "Adams Mark Buffalo Niagara" 120 Church St Buffalo for 451.775 for their hotel operations at that location. All were apparently either denied due to Canadian objections or dismissed for the applicant failing to respond when applications were returned.

It would not be unusual if they just went ahead and used the frequency for all these years with no license and recently upgraded to DMR. There is no record of any current license or pending application.

It appears that the Buffalo Grand Hotel is now at 120 Church St and the phone number is the same as was on the old FCC applications.

I'm hoping for someone to give up a address, road, or any information to pin this down, I have the system on my old scanner running DSD+ and I just heard someone say they had to get something from the theatre ??, I'll let it run for awhile and listen to the audio files.

I have not been in Buffalo for a few years and am not familiar with this hotel but hotelplaner.com says:
" Buffalo Grand Hotel (formerly Adam's Mark Hotel) is the largest hotel in New York State (outside of New York City), with 486 guest rooms and 72,000 square feet of meeting space, including the Grand Ballroom (16,200 square feet of column free space, with 22,000 square feet of exhibit space directly outside the ballroom doors). We are convenient to many attractions and look forward to hosting you!"

No mention of a theater, however, just a lot of "event space".

Thanks for all the searching and information, I'll keep all of the information in my head and when I listen to the audio files I'll see if anything matches. Seeing it's Friday it seems busy, lots of talking.
