Anyone know who the security company running voice inversion on 452.4625 in Edmonton is?

I imagine you've already checked, but TAFL shows it as assigned to Alta-Comm Wireless - clearly leased radios. Wish I could help more.

There's obviously more than one crew or something working on this frequency, because today they are not scrambled. Last night they were scrambled and were guarding something that a lot of 10-18 males kept stumbling through... Will have to keep monitoring this one, but they transmit only a few times an hour at most.

I think I cracked it. I think this is Initial Security guarding the LaFarge concrete plant up by the Stadium. There is an ongoing gravel truck haulers dispute, and I think they are on hand for that.

Initial Security is also watching traffic contol box's in Edmonton. It appears someone has been tampering with them and in some cases taking them out of service.

I heard them mention a few times "the walkway behind the cement plant" and got to thinking there's only two really large cement plants in the city, and only one that I can think there being a pedestrian walkway behind (along the LRT tracks), and sure enough when I drove by last night there were three Initial Security cars and guards stationed along Stadium Road.

I have never heard private security use voice inversion before though. From what I have monitored, the only users of voice inversion around have been towing companies and Camrose police.
