453.03750 what is this?

so im in south shore mass and ive been using this sdr card the plugs into my pc and i can watch the spikes in the spectrum and i keep getting spikes on frequency 453.03750 but its is just a humming noise and goes away and comes back i thought made its a digital frequency and tunning my digital scanner to that channel but i get nothing from it. im new to all this so im learning but anyone have any ideas?

"humming noise" could be anything. That's not enough information to determine anything.
Does it come and go at regular intervals?
It could be something generated by your SDR or something interfering with it.
Look for FCC licenses on that frequency.

East Bridgewater public schools operates a DMR system on that frequency. If you have a radio that has DMR you can listen in.

453.0375 is used by the East Bridgewater Public School District as DMR. Do you have SDRTrunk downloaded? If not download that for your SDR and you'll be able to listen. This video should be helpful.

Note also that as of last year they had no license for that frequency. That may have changed.

They've never had a license for it. One of the many entities in this end of the state who operate unlicensed. I still suspect it's the same radio shop that has done some of the others. (i.e. Blount Foods in Fall River.)
