453.0975 DMR in Baltimore

Can someone else who's stuck working at home and needs a distraction check me on this one? The only MD license for that frequency is in Wicomico County, I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume their 2-watt system is not making it up the Bay into north Baltimore. It sounds like security...at first I thought it was Charles Village JHU security, but they're under the JHU license. DSD+ does a decent decoding job but I'm using the free version so not sure if I'm getting all the information I would need to make an ID...

Yes, I have not seen this other license at all in my searches (probably because its under Loyola College) Ill check it out. Thanks!

Perhaps KD50879 - Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services? Emissions aren't specifically DMR and it's only simplex ops but could still be a possibility

Makes sense. I wonder why it didn't come up when I searched from the main page under FCC licenses. Below is all I get when I punch that frequency in.

I can't get a good enough copy for a detailed analysis, but I'll keep trying. That little 2W signal is competing against WPKF819, which I"m four blocks from.
