Keep hearing traffic on this freq. sounds like it might be some type of Security patrol.
Only thing the RR Database says about it aside from being Licensed to Fresno City is:

Any ideas on who this may be? Does not sound like City Police or County Sheriff.

down here in kern county , it is the main dispatch for the city of taft police dept, and has been for 25+ years, also i belive it is a freq for the city of woodlake police dept.

I've heard them chat over the years about various things relating to inside the terminal, to the perimeter.
