453.2375 [ d023]--Farmville or Christiansburg?

During this morning's tropo ducting, caught an unknown police department on 453.2375 [ d023]. They made reference to 460 (as in US-460). Based on the FCC database, I'm guessing this is either Farmville Police or Christiansburg Police, as 460 passes near both. Anyone know for sure?

From memory, I'm 99% sure that is Farmville ... I went to school in Farmville last year, and that frequency / DPL combo looks familiar. What were their unit designators like? If they were just 2-digit numbers like "12" "17" etc., then it was probably Farmville.
