Heard a very faint but clear fire dispatch come over the frequency for a local police dispatch zone, something along the lines of 'Riverside Ambulance 44 Iroquois Mobile Home Estates' the only record of that place I can find shows in IL, but the county uses VHF for Fire/EMS. This signal was heard in Lackawanna County, PA, and I have the standard telescoping antenna on the back of my scanner.

I did a frequency search on the DB and the only other reported frequency with same PL is a sheriff in Arkansas. I feel it may be likely that someone locally was using a baofeng or something to play back recorded audio.
