with RF Conditions most excelent here in N. Texas the past few nights I have come accross a few Frequencies that have no identies. I'm sure they do, but I can't seem to find them.
453.3750 I thought it was the Colony Police. But it is using a standard PL tone instead of a DPL or DCS. 131.8 to be exact. but all communications from/to dispatch begin with "CHARLES" which is a Colony Designator. has the Colony Swiched to CTCSS from DCSS?
