453.725 Color Code 9

I have been monitoring 453.725 MHz. It is a DMR system with Color Code 9 in use. Both Time Slots are being used. I have logged a few different TGIDs.

The nearest user to me is the City of Edina. I am hearing what sounds like school bus operations on at least one of the talkgroups.

Does anybody know any more details about this? Does the City of Edina share this with Edina Public Schools Transportation Services?

Based on the license data, I would have anticipated that this is for Edina Public Works. However, Edina Public Works is probably on ARMER.

Maybe the city is leasing their repeater or has some type of agreement with the school district? School district I attended when I was a small lad now utilizes a township licensed repeater (used to be a PD tac channel before they switched to county)

That is the old Edina Public Works - now on ARMER- it is now used by Edina school buses. The city leased the site and repeater to the school district.
