Heard what sounded like police activity on 453.750--pl 103.5
FCC database has several freqs licensed in Mt. Carmel area---Anyone have an idea of what this is?

FCC database has several freqs licensed in Mt. Carmel area---Anyone have an idea of what this is?

The RR database has 453.750 pl 103.5. WNVI299, Northumberland County, which is expired, but another license, KNNK577 is a valid license.

Also Mt Carmel has a license (WNJQ968) , locations at Mt Carmel, (Northumberland Co), and
Wilburton (Columbia Co.) PL Unknown... Both seem to be for police ops.

I can hear them (Pl 103.5), here in Gettysburg, using a big UHF yagi antenna when propagation is above
average and the antenna is pointed about 15 degrees. (Correct direction for Num/Col Co.
