453.875 PL 131.8 ? Any Ideas?

I heard this loud and clear from Springfield, Delco tonight. They were broadcasting weather conditions. I thought it had something to do with the PA turnpike because they mentioned Norristown, maintenance and Supervisors. I see it listed for PA State, but not for turnpike. I thought it was Plymouth Twp. PD, but the PL didn't match. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

It's the NJ Turnpike tow and car breakdown trucks.

Thanks for the info. It came in so loud and clear, I thought it had to be a PA freq. I guess that's the problem with living on the PA, NJ and DE border. I need to search all 3 states. Thanks again.
