453.9 Two Users

Hi. I've been monitoring 453.9 (Elsmere) with my pro 94 and have been hearing another station in there. I dont have any PL capabilities. Anybody know who might be using that same frequency other than Elsmere FC? Thanks.

Possibly Seaford FC, Sussex county, as listed in the database

I have been picking up elsmere on there and I live in seaford

North Wilmington and above, you will pick up So. New Jersey Transportation Authority.
Usually sounds like a disable vehicle patrol. Calling out milepost locations.

PD activity

It sounds to me like some sort of PD activity. Is that SO New Jersey Transit Authority in the database. I know NJDOT is on the NJSP Trunked radio system.
