I have been picking this up on 454.200 MHz in Fort Erie Ontario.
DMR TG=246 SLOT 1 AND 2 COLOR CODE=5

I think it could be, Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd. Fort Erie or Canada Perforating Inc. Fort Erie, or Garrison Tool And Die Fort Erie
Any information on this frequency please post it, thank you.

That is a common industrial 'low power' freq. Its a safe bet there will be multiple users on it both simplex and repeatered. Add in both analog and digital users. With all these 'low power' frequences the only solution is to be near the 'user' and then log the activity.

Note: The helicoper user is almost certainly using it in the hangar and got ground related operations and not in the air.

454.2000 is one of the old US Paging channels aka Part 22
that many were auctioned off, could it be from the US side of the border ?
