455.725 - Pl 156.7

Heard the tail end of a convo on 455.725 with a PL of 156.7 while searching the media band around 4:45. Searched RR and the FCC database and was unable to find any matches. Anyone know who this might be? (I'm assuming it's a media outlet somewhere in or around Philly)

This is a little off and you may have seen it but I found 455.750 listed to KYY264-CBS Channel 3 in Philly.

I listened today and this sounds like a simplex frequency being used by Chopper 6 to talk to the the Channel 6 news desk (WPVI, ABC Philly station).

Channel 6 uses a 156.7 PL on other frequencies. I haven't heard Chopper 6 on their old freq in a while and maybe this is why.
