Can someone tell me who is on 459.100 MHz, NAC 156 in Buffalo NY. it's now P25 and it's police as far as I can figure out.

I know that 454.1 is part of Saia's trunking system So that would be the input. Are you gettin an image maybe from the DEA on 418.9
Could be an image from DEA 418.900 they were undercover and tailing someone. Thanks for the info.
my pro-2045 has the tap and it has terrible rejection.

Thanks for the information I don't know why this did not come up in my searches on the frequencies, my fault, but you right this is a LTR PASSPORT system that is being changing over to a MOTOTRBO digital system.

I posted a new decoder if you are interested in decoding the Saia Passport network. I think they're using Fleetsync on that network too. I can hear the South Bristol site from here in Fulton.

Will this program work with my PRO-2045 scanner that has a discriminator Tap.

I don't have a discriminator tapped scanner, so I'm not sure. Give it a try and see.
It does decode MPT1327, Fleetsync and MDC1200 from normal scanner audio.
