Anyone know what this freq could be from in Markham, near buildings? No direct pattern of when and never hear any talking.
Seems to have something to do with 442.75//454.22 around the same time approx.
Just curious.

442.750 would a ham radio 70 cm frequency.

The 459 would be the input to a repeater on 454.

I don't think 459.22 is valid frequency, so most likely it's 459.225 with repeater output on 454.225.

Any idea on what they are saying? Night time only stuff may be private parking or security.

The 454.2250/459.2250 pair are pretty a common pair. Be sure to check the 454.2250 side as well. If it is a repeater input your hearing you will get more traffic on it and be able to Id the user faster.

NOTE: since this pair is used in a lot of places expect to hear several different 454.2250 repeaters. Be sure to grab the PL/DPL or listen to see if its digital DMR.
