I am retired 48 and my son is there now 16 years
We listen all the time will it be returning is there something the broadcaster needs

A good majority of the nyc precints are gone and doesn’t look like they are coming back.
sod did come back promptly as the previous poster said it would

Did they move to new freq? Or did the provider just no longer broadcast them?

The feeds are gone. The person providing them decided to shut them all down. Whatever you see listed is what remains, end of story.

Between encryption and people who just are sick of dealing with a live feed I see many of these going this route. To volunteer to run a few most people need to investigate money and time to do this. Its all out of pocket and the feed provider doesn't get much out of it.
