Was it a reapter or base and mobles? Was there MDC-1200 signling on it?

No, the Peoria County Sheriff uses this frequency at the Courthouse, but not with 88.5

Were you able to find out if they were actual traffic or just counts? Does your system provide message length?

Could it have been some sort of image traffic from a different freq?
