460.125 DPL411 Law Enforcement Heard in Edgefield SC

I was in Edgefield earlier today scanning and found some activity on 460.125 with a DPL of 411... Sounded like law enforcement related traffic. Didn't see that frequency listed in the FCC database or the RR database. Any idea's who this is?

It’s in the FCC database as City of Columbia (shows three sites). No idea as to which agency.

It was in talk around with no repeater so it seemed local.

No telling, Edgefield isn’t a very big town

As stated earlier it is a licensed frequency for the city of Columbia. It is used by the city of Columbia animal control.

Interesting. I have always heard them on 453.350. Maybe one of their additional channels not listed.
