This former NE cruiser channel from 40th & Nicholas shows a recent license
(narrowband) modification. Any idea what it is being used for?

Wirelessly posted (Clacking rocks together: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.3.4; en-us; DROID X2 Build/4.5.1A-DTN-150-30) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1)

The emission designator shown by the OP is for voice.

Each OFD station has radio on 800 for voice. Then a UHF radio is for control and status of items in station. If you listen 460.15 you will data. As for licensed emission, you can't always follow that.

So, the licensee just never changed the designator when they re-tasked the frequency.

I noticed that the mobile bandwidth wasn't modified with this new authorization,
so I'd guess it's not going to be used as a traditional repeater.
