In the past, The city of Lawton and Comanche County have chosen to use frequencies in the 453MHz area. The 460MHz frequencies were used by Wichita Falls, south of the border.
Because of this, the addition of 460MHz frequencies in Comanche County seems interesting. I know 460.250MHz is licensed to Comanche County and 460.050MHz is licensed to the City of Lawton, but I don't know what they use them for.... if at all.

BTW, I feel relatively sure that 453.100MHz is the Comanche County Jail. It is licensed to Comanche County and the location is the Comanche County Courthouse.
