I was traveling through Connecticut last week and stayed a week in New Haven for work, I took my XTS5000 with me and have NHPD north and south programmed RX only and when i hit the monitor button i can pick up a pretty clear signal for what sounds like either Mass or RI EMS dispatch.
It's a vert clear skip and it came in consistently from my hotel room all week. I am just not sure where it's coming from. but i can hear a thick accent that sounds like mass or RI, could be LI?
