460.625 EMS Disp L O N G squelch tail

Band was up from NW Ark to Joplin MO Today. ID's dozens but cannot determine who is dispatching EMS on 460.625.
Washington Co has a license with this frequency (not in the county RR database, but shows on WPEW249 license.) The very long squelch tail was a real clue - 10 seconds or longer.
Any locals know?

Correction... you found County Emergency Services Dispatch..... I will work on it when I get in tonight.... Its licensed as the EOC.. Fire/EMS etc
