4604 KHz usb Red Robin

4604 Khz USB, 1:02 AM UTC, Just pick up a male voice say , nothing else herd this is Red Robin signing off and returning the frequency to normal use, sounded like Mars ???
After that I picked up a ALE Sounding but did not have Multipsk software setup to decode the ALE Sounding. Any information apricated.
