460Mhz Base Antenna

I am setting up a dedicated scanner for a channel with the frequency of 461 mhz. This scanner has 25' of RG6 cable ready to be connected to an antenna, just not sure what antenna!

So, i'm looking for suggestions on an inexpensive dedicated antenna.

You need the whole works.

They can transmit too, but then, any antenna can be used for transmitting at some power level.
