Been picking this up from just outside Philly PA for the past few mornings while propagation is favorable. I heard the repeater ID WPBF524 (City of New York). Heard references to FDNY rescue boats docked and numerous 10 codes used. Tower stands at Kingsborough Community College, I'm thinking this is their public safety channel. Can anyone close by confirm?
