This was 1st reported as WAKA CH 8 Traffic reporters, Tone was 154.4? I believe( haven't been hearing anything with he tone, For about the past week I have been hearing what sounds all broken & garbled with NO tone, anyone else hearing this?

Paul, it have been First Communications LTR TRS (http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=1632)
that you were hearing. I can hear 461.575 up here in 62 Land (sometimes) and 80-90% of the time it is First Communications user traffic. In the past the Lee County transit buses (LETA) used this system.
